  • Najemcy mieszkający w lokalach stanowych lub dotowanych przez władze federalne mogą otrzymać pomoc ILRPP2 na pokrycie opłacanej przez najemcę części czynszu. 

  • Dodatkowe wymagane dokumenty: 

    • Kopia vouchera z czynszem części najemcy

    • Kopia ponownego zaświadczenia o dochodach z nową kwotą najmu 

    • Pomoc w wynajmie otrzymana na lata 2020-2021 z innych programów w celu zapewnienia braku powielania świadczeń  

 

  • Dostawcy usług mieszkaniowych mogą ubiegać się o wielu lokatorów jednocześnie, korzystając z funkcji „Przesyłanie zbiorcze” 

  • Dostawcy usług mieszkaniowych mogą sprawdzić status wszystkich swoich wniosków dla różnych jednostek na jednym pulpicie nawigacyjnym 

  • Dodatkowe wymagane dokumenty: 

    • Identyfikator dostawcy mieszkaniowego lub dowód LLC 

    • Zaświadczenie o dobrym stanie

    • Statut Spółki
