If you are a landlord of one unit or a multi-unit building, there are fair housing rules and regulations that you must follow. At our workshops, you will learn:
- How to comply with all city, state, and federal fair housing laws
- What are Housing Choice Vouchers, and what are the benefits of the voucher program for landlords
- Details about navigating the CARES Act and eviction moratoriums
- How to mediate issues with your tenants
